This policy explains what Prospecta stores and why.
Your name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash), the workspaces you belong to, and the business data your team saves: leads, contacts, deals, emails, replies, tasks and notes. Mailbox passwords and API keys are stored encrypted.
To run searches, find emails, write with AI, send email and take payments, data is sent to the services the operator connected: for example Google Places, Hunter, Apollo, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, your SMTP provider and Stripe. Each has its own privacy policy.
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers your light or dark mode choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and emails contain no tracking pixels.
You can export your leads as CSV, correct your data, and ask for your account and workspace to be deleted.
