These terms cover your use of Prospecta. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
You are responsible for your workspace, your team members and everything sent from your mailboxes. Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
Business data comes from official APIs (such as the Google Places API) and from files you upload. You must follow the terms of those providers and the email and privacy laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR where relevant. Only email people with a legitimate business reason, honour every unsubscribe request, and never upload data you have no right to use.
Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Monthly credits reset on your renewal date; credits from packs never expire. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
We may suspend a workspace that sends spam, breaks these terms or does not pay. We will tell you why and how to fix it.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
